An application to the DRA by Cumann Turloch Mór, challenging various decisions of Coiste Eisteachta
na Gaillimhe and Coiste Eisteachta Chonnacht surrounding a fixture which took place on the 3
rd June 2017 between the Claimant and Portumna CLG, was dismissed by a DRA Tribunal following a hearing
at The Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co Offaly on 9 October 2017.

The DRA Tribunal (Mr Aaron Shearer BL, Mr Richard Kennedy, solicitor and Mr Paddy Collins)
accepted the Respondent’s preliminary objection and found that the Claimant had not exhausted all
available avenues of appeal before making application to the Tribunal.
