This dispute related mainly to an interpretation of Rules 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 of the Official Guide 2015 and related parts of the Monaghan County Bye-laws on attachment to first club, catchment area and transfers within the county. The matter was mediated by the DRA Secretary and resulted in a settlement involving the claimants, the respondents and a directly affected third party (Monaghan Harps).
